This information can help you create simulations that are more focused on your target audience. Here’s how you can use this information: First, you need to identify the employees you plan to run your simulation on. You can create profiles of these employees on the Targets and Groups page. For example, as a bank, you can create groups such as Finance Department or Customer Service Team. Once you have created your group, you can start setting specific employee attributes for this group.

Example Simulation:

👉 Let’s consider a phishing scenario for the finance team working in a bank: You receive an email purporting to be from the internal audit department of your bank. In this email, the finance team is asked to fill out a specific form related to the upcoming audit. When they click on the form link, they are informed that this is a phishing email and not a real internal audit request.
With this simulation, you can measure how susceptible the finance team is to such phishing emails and plan your training accordingly.
