Targets and Groups
Learn how to effectively manage and utilize target audience data for tailored phishing simulations.
You can access information about your target audience on the Targets and Groups page. Here you can access critical information such as position, age range, gender and more. This information can help you create simulations that are more focused on your target audience. Hereβs how you can use this information:
First, you need to identify the employees you plan to run your simulation on. You can create profiles of these employees on the Targets and Groups page. For example, as a bank, you can create groups such as Finance Department or Customer Service Team. Once you have created your group, you can start setting specific employee attributes for this group.
Example Simulation:
π Letβs consider a phishing scenario for the finance team working in a bank: You receive an email purporting to be from the internal audit department of your bank. In this email, the finance team is asked to fill out a specific form related to the upcoming audit. When they click on the form link, they are informed that this is a phishing email and not a real internal audit request.
With this simulation, you can measure how susceptible the finance team is to such phishing emails and plan your training accordingly.
