It is important for all people to follow these training courses to raise awareness, assuming that even people who have knowledge on this subject can fall into phishing without realizing it. Since we can fall into these traps without realizing it in today’s business world and intensity, keeping ourselves up to date and being conscious about this issue ensures that we are protected from attackers.

Training Details

👉 You can update the training name and description by using the Edit Training button on the training details page. By clicking the Assign to Group button, you can send the training to your target groups.

👉 In the list of trainings, you can add questions to your trainings, send reminder emails to assigned targets, or send emails to selected individuals at a specific time using the “Edit” option.

To add questions to the training content, click on the Add Question(+) button in the image above. You can then add your questions by filling in the fields shown below.

Assigned Targets

👉 The Assigned Targets table provides detailed information about the target audience to whom your training has been assigned. This table includes information such as the position of the target individuals, training start and completion status, the last sent emails, and other important details. You can send reminder emails to your target individuals by using the button under the “Transactions” section.

👉 By clicking the Send Email(+) button in the table, you can select individuals to send emails to and apply a time filter.

It also provides the necessary data to better customize your training program and tailor it to the needs of participants. This way, you can establish more efficient communication with your target audience.
