Training Settings
You can follow the steps below to configure your settings for the training module, such as Email Preferences, Assignment Settings, and Reminder Settings:
📨Email Preferences
In this section, you can set your email settings related to the training module.
- 👉 Email Server: Enter the address of the SMTP server you will use to send emails. For example, “smtp.example.com.”
- 👉 Email Server Port: Specify the port number used to connect to the SMTP server. Typically, port 25 is used.
- 👉 Custom Port: If you want to use a custom port, check this option.
- 👉 Use SSL/TLS: Check this option if you want to use SSL or TLS for a secure connection.
- 👉 From Address: Specify the sender’s address for your messages, for example, “Name Surname” , “[email protected].”
- 👉 Username: Enter your username to connect to the SMTP server.
- 👉 Password: Enter the SMTP server address associated with your username.
- 👉 Ignore Certificate Errors: Check this option to ignore certificate errors on the server and continue the connection.
📌Assign Settings
- 👉 Subject: Specify the subject of the email to be sent when training courses are assigned.
- 👉 Content (Template): You can edit the content of the email to be sent when training courses are assigned here. You can easily edit and customize this template using the drag and drop feature to meet your needs.
⏰Reminder Settings
For individuals who have not completed their training, you can specify the time intervals for sending reminder emails.
- 👉 Not Active: This option disables the reminder feature.
- 👉 Activate Reminder Feature: Activate reminder emails.
- 👉 Reminder Email Subject: Specify the subject of the reminder email to be sent to individuals who have not completed their training.
- 👉 Reminder Email Content: You can edit the content of the reminder email to be sent to individuals who have not completed their training here.
Configure each section’s settings correctly and confirm your settings by clicking the save button.
